Service Description
Get fast, professional help with common business technology issues without waiting for an on-site visit. FinalBoss IT can troubleshoot and resolve many day-to-day IT problems remotely so your business can get back to work quickly. Support may include: Computer performance and software issues Microsoft 365 and Outlook problems Email setup and troubleshooting User account and login issues Printer and peripheral troubleshooting Internet and network connectivity issues Software installation and updates Windows troubleshooting Basic security and access issues General business technology support Best for: straightforward technical problems that can be diagnosed and resolved remotely during your scheduled appointment. Rate: $125/hour with a 1-hour minimum. Additional time may be billed in 15-minute increments. Important: Some problems may require on-site service, third-party vendor involvement, replacement hardware, or additional troubleshooting. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, FinalBoss IT will explain the recommended next step before additional work is performed.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please cancel or reschedule appointments at least 4 hours in advance whenever possible. Free consultations may be canceled or rescheduled at no charge. For paid IT support or cybersecurity training appointments, cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled start time, or missed appointments without notice, may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service charge. If FinalBoss IT needs to reschedule an appointment, you will be contacted as soon as possible and offered the next available time. Emergency support requests and circumstances outside the client’s control will be handled reasonably on a case-by-case basis.
