FinalBoss IT reviews key areas of your technology environment to identify risks, configuration gaps, and opportunities to strengthen your security. The assessment may include: Microsoft 365 and account security Multi-factor authentication and access controls Endpoint protection and device security Patch and update practices Business email security Backup and recovery readiness Network and Wi-Fi security Administrator privileges and user access Domain and DNS security settings SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration Phishing and employee security awareness practices Common security misconfigurations and unnecessary exposure After the review, you’ll receive a clear summary of findings with prioritized recommendations so you know what should be addressed first and what can be improved over time. Best for: small and medium-sized businesses that want to understand their current cybersecurity posture, identify weaknesses, or get a professional security review before making technology changes. Rate: $200/hour with a 2-hour minimum. Important: This service is a cybersecurity risk assessment and security review. It is not a formal compliance audit, penetration test, or guarantee that a system cannot be compromised. Any remediation work identified during the assessment will be discussed and approved separately. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please cancel or reschedule appointments at least 4 hours in advance whenever possible. Free consultations may be canceled or rescheduled at no charge. For paid IT support or cybersecurity training appointments, cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled start time, or missed appointments without notice, may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service charge. If FinalBoss IT needs to reschedule an appointment, you will be contacted as soon as possible and offered the next available time. Emergency support requests and circumstances outside the client’s control will be handled reasonably on a case-by-case basis.
