FinalBoss IT provides live remote training designed to teach employees how to spot suspicious activity, respond safely, and protect company information. Training may include: How phishing attacks work Common email red flags Suspicious links and attachments Fake login pages Business email compromise CEO and vendor impersonation scams MFA fatigue and account takeover attempts Password and account security Social engineering Smishing and phone-based scams Safe handling of company data What to do after clicking something suspicious How and when to report a security concern Realistic phishing examples and interactive scenarios Q&A and employee knowledge checks Best for: small and medium-sized businesses that want to reduce employee-related security risk and build stronger day-to-day security habits. Format: Live remote training via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or another agreed video-conferencing platform. Duration: Approximately 60 minutes. Pricing: Starting at $250 for up to 10 employees, with additional employees at $25 per person. Important: This service is educational cybersecurity awareness training. It does not replace technical security controls, formal compliance training requirements, or a complete cybersecurity program.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please cancel or reschedule appointments at least 4 hours in advance whenever possible. Free consultations may be canceled or rescheduled at no charge. For paid IT support or cybersecurity training appointments, cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled start time, or missed appointments without notice, may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service charge. If FinalBoss IT needs to reschedule an appointment, you will be contacted as soon as possible and offered the next available time. Emergency support requests and circumstances outside the client’s control will be handled reasonably on a case-by-case basis.
